Mimic Octopuses Can Change Color.

Mimic octopuses (Thaumoctopus mimicus) have special cells called chromatophores that allow them to quickly change color. In addition to changing their appearance, mimic octopuses can change how they move, which allows them to effectively impersonate various other animals. They can mimic 15 different species that we know of, including lionfish, sea snakes, and poisonous flatfish (sole).
