Eris’s Atmosphere Collapses and Freezes.

The dwarf planet Eris is often so far from the Sun that its atmosphere collapses and freezes. It falls to the surface as snow! As the dwarf planet travels through its orbit and moves relatively closer to the Sun, its atmosphere thaws, and then the cycle repeats as it once again moves further away from the Sun’s warmth.
