Blue Jays Are Omnivorous.

Blue Jays are omnivores, but roughly 75% of their diet is made up of vegetable matter like acorns, nuts, seeds, grains, berries, and other small fruits. Blue Jays also eat a variety of insects, including caterpillars, beetles, and grasshoppers, as well as spiders, snails, small rodents, and even the eggs and young of other birds.
